絶対観るべき。アル・パチーノに惚れました！

株式会社リトルグローブです。

今回ご紹介する映画はセント・オブ・ウーマン/夢の香りです。

気難しく人間嫌いな全盲の退役軍人と、心優しいエリート寄宿学校の苦学生との年齢差を越えた友情を描き出した感動作。
A・パチーノの熱演（七度目のノミネートにして遂にアカデミー主演賞受賞）やC・オドネルのさわやかな演技は言うに及ばないが、男同士の奇妙な友情を軽快に見せてくれたM・ブレスト監督が、今度は打って変わってじっくりと人間愛を描き、監督の奥の深さを認識できる点も記憶しておきたい。


アル・パチーノが念願のオスカー主演男優賞を受賞した作品。

話としては、人生に悲観し、ふて腐れた孤独な盲目の退役軍人が、自身もトラブルを抱え、人生の選択を迫られている心優しい青年と数日間の交流することで、自分の人生を見つめ直し新たな希望を見出すまでを描いたヒューマンドラマです。

とにかく、感動します！久しぶりに、映画観てて胸が熱くなり、じわぁ〜と込み上げてくるものがありました。
人生に於いて、一度は観ておくべき映画です。
忘れかけている・希薄になりかけている何かを教えてくれます、この映画は。


そしてタンゴを踊るシーン。
僅かな出番ですが、美女アブリエル・アンウォーという華の存在も大きく、誰が何と言おうと大きな見所のひとつに間違いありません。


自身の信念を曲げずに正直に生きていく事が、決して成功の花道には繋がりません。
現実なら、チャーリーに作中のラストは訪れないでしょう。
それでも、どこかに温かく見守る人がいて、救う人がいて…
世の中、そんなに捨てたものじゃないかも？と夢を感じさせてくれる物語。


この作品も、間違いなく株式会社リトルグローブの人生に影響を与える名作でした。

まさに迷宮…迷ってみませんか？

こんにちは、株式会社リトルグローブです！


今日ご紹介する映画は、「ロスト・ハイウェイ」です。

奇才Ｄ・リンチが「ツイン・ピークス／ローラ・パーマー最期の７日間」以来、５年ぶりに発表した問題作。


ストーリー
サックス奏者フレッドが謎のメッセージを受け取ったことから始まる。以来、不気味なビデオテープが送られるなど、彼の周囲では怪事件が続発。あげくの果てに、フレッドは妻殺しの容疑で逮捕される。さらに不思議なことに、獄中で彼は、まったくの別人になってしまう……。「


「ツイン・ピークス」にも通じるミステリー性を引きずりつつも、ストーリーは矛盾と謎だらけ。
その一方で、スピード感のある映像と重低音のサウンドが一体となり、観る者は惹きつけられずにはいられない。
ちなみに、リンチ自身は本作を“サイコジェニック・フーガ（心因性記憶喪失）“と説明している。



株式会社リトルグローブがこの映画を最初に観た時、鳥肌たちましたねー。
この独特の世界・・。
まるで“大人のなぞなぞ”のような・・。
理由はわかりませんが、どうしようもなく好きですねー。
解釈は感覚で・・。
音楽を含めた｢音｣もすごく気に入りました。

つじつまが合わない、かつ、しつこーい感じの夢を見て、朝起きて「昨日妙な夢見たなー」というときがあるではないですか。
リンチの映画を見終わった後は、だいたいそんな気分ですよね。
それがけっこう快いのでリンチは大好き。はずれが少ないので借りるときも安心です。


これは、とても見事な作品だと思います。
謎だらけなのに、クセになる。。
